Crowned and decorated with acanthus leaves the other natural elements put the classification of this light in the Grotesque part of the Renaissance movement. Even the socket covers feature such delicate petals and the shades are frosted glass. The dark patina makes the detail of the organic elements of this light even more powerful. The candle stick arms still have the decorative switch used when this light was a gas and electric fixture.
