This showstopping starburst flushmount is made by Markel Company, well known for their Art Deco and Art Nouveau slipper shade chandeliers and sconces. A textured and stepped Deco canopy anchors the single bulb. The pink shade is such a soft and tasty color, a watermelon lemonade on a warm summer day. A flower finial attaches to the pillowy part of the fixture where each of the steppes in the shade feature a dramatic sunburst. The top layer painted gold. Something this lovely is such a rare find!
