Designed by Bradley & Hubbard, a premier lighting company of the late 19th and early 20th century, this striking exterior sconce features a sharp clean look. The Green hue of the bronze metal beautifully contrasts the white of the shade. Sold as a matching pair.
Although Nathaniel Bradley, William Bradley, and Walter Hubbard started their Connecticut-based company in 1852, they did not begin to manufacture light fixtures until 1859, when oil was discovered in Pennsylvania. Today, rare Bradley & Hubbard light fixtures can go for as much as $4,000-5,000!
We find that early antique lighting was designed as objects of art and we treat each fixture with careful attention to preserve original beauty. Our fixtures are cleaned, rewired & are ready to hang, following UL standards. We can work with you on code requirements.
