These door plates were manufactured in early 1900s, by Reading Hardware Company of Reading. The Victorian pattern is called "Malden" and it's stamped on the back of the plate. The door plates are made of iron and they have slightly varied tone. The patterns are very detailed and decorative. It could be a great Victorian accent in your space.
The Reading Hardware Company, based in Reading, Pennsylvania, was a smaller artistic hardware firm, but still managed to maintain sample rooms in New York City, Philadelphia, and Chicago. They were awarded medals at the Centennial Exhibition at Philadelphia and the Paris Exposition, both for its apple parers! While the company does not exist anymore, the factory complex still stands and was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
