Both the shade and the body of this sconce were made by the Handel Lamp Company. This amazing shade can make a statement next to, or above, any doorway to complete your entry space. The colors of the textured aqua class are surrounded by caramel slag glass panes and a detail of curved red slag glass. Copper foiling holds the panes together and a rim of bead and reel outlines the top of the lantern. The bottom is completed by a cast brass tassel. The body of the sconce is of the Sheffield style of lighting, seen in the the way the flowing lines of the back plate all converge at the arm of the sconce.

We find that early antique lighting was designed as objects of art and we treat each fixture with careful attention to preserve original beauty. Our fixtures are cleaned, rewired & are ready to hang, following UL standards. We can work with you on code requirements.
