Brass hardware sets from the Old Colony Building in Chicago, IL. With 17 stories, it was the tallest building in Chicago at the time it was built in 1894. In 1976, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
The hardware sets include a mortise, two decorative knobs featuring OCB and a leaf pattern, two beaded backplates, and spindle. The exterior set has a deadbolt mortise (1 available). Interior sets are available in 2 sizes (2 small, 2 large available).
