This two-toned doorknob set has a quiet elegance that is a result of the subtle textures on the back plate. These leaf-like textures gradually grow until they're curling to create the edge of the plate, as well as framing the more vibrant knob. The knob's detailing is not only brighter but also deeper, which is sure to catch many admiring eyes.

One of the largest manufacturers of antique hardware during the Victorian era, P & F Corbin did not start specializing in builder's hardware and locks until 1868, after nearly 20 years in the hardware business. By 1902 it had merged with Russell & Erwin to form the American Hardware Corporation, which is now part of the Swedish conglomerate, ASSA ABLOY.
