Detailed Vision - Updating a Classic Victorian

Nestled in the treetops of Excelsior, a classic Victorian is given new life with a mix of vintage lighting fixtures, extensive custom woodwork, a wonderful collection of period furniture and some original 1885 charm.

The original structure was recently converted into two condominiums, taking full advantage of the massive home. 

Many original antique light fixture were selected to illuminate the space including this fine Steuben chandelier with 4 original shades, giving the entrance a wonderful warm and impressive glow.

Beginning with raw space with the exception of two antique fireplace tile surrounds and a fabulous exterior, the new owners wanted to create a home that was rich with texture and warmth.

An artistic eye and knowledge of cabinetry influenced many of the design decisions as each wooden detail was hand drawn using exotic and unique woods.
