This complete Victorian staircase was meticulously removed from a Chicago home, ca. 1896. The staircase features a grand arched entrance that is 6 and a half feet wide and has carved capitals and newel posts made from quartersawn oak. Every panel, spindle, and stair was removed, labeled, packed and shipped, and then re-displayed by our specialist staff. This staircase was originally constructed for a home with 11-foot ceilings, but it can be modified to fit both new or old constructions.
