PRODUCT DETAILS

For the book lover, this library was originally constructed in 1917.  The complete room contains 24 original, four-door built-in bookcases totaling over 45 feet of antique diamond pane glass, each pristine in condition, and free of cracks or breaks.

Surrounding the bookcases are handsome recessed panels in walnut and the room also features a fireplace surround, window seat and 3 sets of divided light french doors. With an footprint that measures 36 x 13 feet, the room is also part of Minnesota history.  The library was constructed as part of St Joseph's Hospital expansion, and used as a medical library until 1967.
